Our mattress is a real bed,  unlike futons. As of 2008, Create More Space now uses Sealy mattresses.

The frame and foundation for our Murphy Beds, Side Beds, and Bookcase Beds are counter balanced. This gives the beds the ability to be pulled down by one finger and float safety down to the ground.
