You may wonder what the difference is between a Wall/Panel Bed and a Murphy
Bed. Sometimes the terms are used in place of one another, but they are
different.
Similar to the concept of a Murphy Bed, a Panel Bed is another alternative to
reclaim space in a room by making it dual purpose. Panel Beds work well for
customers who do not have room for bi-folding doors or are unable to have
the bed mounted to the floor. Panel Beds has single, sleek-looking "panel"
that ends up being the bottom of the bed when it is down. Unlike Murphy
Beds, the Panel Bed uses a more complex mechanism to function instead of the
simple and effective counter-balanced, spring frame.

Panel
Beds are also available as "Panel Side Beds" as an alternative to
low-ceiling rooms.
They come in standard
sizes: Twin, Full, & Queen with a
Real mattress.
